Our Story

A.P. Coffee was created around a simple belief: exceptional coffee should be memorable from the first aroma to the final sip.

Our coffee begins in the mountains of Antioquia, Colombia, where elevation, climate, and careful cultivation help produce coffees with remarkable sweetness and character. We selected 100% Arabica coffee from the Medellín region, grown approximately 1,500–1,800 meters above sea level.

Rather than offering an endless collection, we focus on two distinctive processing methods. Our Natural selection delivers vibrant fruit notes, including ripe strawberry and watermelon sweetness. Our Honey selection offers a softer profile with brown-sugar sweetness, gentle fruit character, and a clean, smooth finish.

Each selection earned a cupping score of 86.5, placing it firmly within the specialty-coffee category. The coffee is freshly roasted in limited quantities to preserve its aroma, flavor, and individual character.
